Describe Yourself:
My name is Dottie and I am a wife of a fantastic husband and mother of a beautiful little girl. I am a group exercise instructor in the Dallas/Fort Worth area teaching Turbo Kick, Indoor Cycling, Hip Hop and Strength Training. I am so rewarded by helping other people reach their fitness goals and by making exercise fun.
Before becoming pregnant, I had been an avid bike rider and kept my weight under control. After the birth of my daughter, I struggled like most new mothers with finding time to work out and excess baby weight. I joined our local YMCA and found Turbo Kick (studio version of Turbo Jam) and I was hooked! The weight melted away and I became more intrested in fitness and health. I became a group exercise instructor and also focused on my nutrition. I saw even more result after adding supplements to my diet. I had visible ab muscle for the first time in my life. I was in better shape than before becoming pregnant!!
